  This system is designed for cutting tool design,upgrade is also very suitable for cutting and old machine tools thread,integrates multiple functions of wire cylinder control,high frequency control.
  The wide speed range and high speed, stable performance.
  In the intermittent loads,the motor speed fluctuation is small.
  Strong overload capacity,180%,5 seconds.
  Low noise,small vibration,long service life.
  Fast dynamic response,strong anti-interference ability.
  Slip frequency compensation,make the motor run at rated current,speed close to synchronous speed.

Function:
  With stepless variable speed,flexible reversing,eliminate the reversing caused by mechanical vibration,improve the cutting precision of machine tool.
  Save energy,compared with the traditional motor control,eliminate noise,generated reversing mechanism when the shock,greatly improve the transmission efficiency,and can save more than 30% energy.
  High frequency control,in a wire cylinder reversing,can cut off output high frequency pulse power supply,reversing available after the delay output frequency.The delay time can be adjusted.
  Unilateral function of cutting,cutting the workpiece single direction,improve the cutting surface finish,also can be individually adjusted high cutting speed to improve the efficiency of unilateral return,unilateral cutting.
  Processing after the end of the wire cylinder operation to limit switch after about automatic shutdown.
